I did note that the first CD and second CD had some differences with the packaging but if that indicates anything, I don't know. From the little I have done so far, all appears to work just fine. No problem at all with the CD KEY number, no error messages, not one single problem from the time I put the CD in the drive until the program said the installation was complete. The store exchanged it for another copy on the shelf. I gave up and took the software back to the store where I was given no hassle about bringing it back for a problem with the KEY number. I tried turning off the anti-virus software, getting out the magnifying glass to see the CD KEY number on the envelope tag better, etc., and still the CD KEY kept coming back as invalid. The installation program kept telling me that the CD KEY number was invalid so I could go no further with the installation. All was well up to the point of entering the CD KEY number. I bought the software at a chain office supply store and tried installing it when I got back home.
Well, Jim, the first attempt was a crash and burn.
